Hi friends! I'm calling for test knitters on my first knitting pattern! Meet my Cedarwood Beanie! This pattern calls for Super Bulky yarn. I used KnitPicks Tuff Puff for the Cranberry version and Mighty Stitch Super Bulky for the White version. Pattern Information The hat is a "one size fits all" knitted in the round on size 15 needles. (You'll need size 15 needles in both circular and double pointed.) It's a quick knit with 1x1 ribbing at the brim and simple k2tog decreases at the crown. (My version features snap on pom poms, which I found HERE, but are not a requirement for test knits.) The pattern requires about 88 yards of your favorite Super Bulky Yarn. General Requirements
I'll be calling for test knitters starting on Saturday, August 25th 2018, the test pattern will emailed to testers on the Wed, August 29th. Deadline for completing the pattern will be Friday, September 14th. How to Apply Email me at ashweatherfibrearts@gmail.com, make sure to include your Ravelry username and your Instagram username! This will be my first time having y'all test knit one of my patterns for me. I'm nervous but I'm also excited to get some feedback from this wonderful crafty community.
If you've got a few skeins of extra bulky yarn sitting in your stash waiting to become something wonderful, this is the time! Thanks for reading! And feel free to share this post! -Ashley
