Test knitting is going very well on my Apple Cider Mittens. My proposed release date for the pattern is Friday, December 14th, but if my test knitters keep working so fast I should be able to move it up!

(In the meantime I wanted to share with you all the other wonderful projects I'm working on and give you a little sneak peak into my next test knit.
First off I'm working on a few commissions; a WSU hat and scarf set for my step brother (modeled by my adorable partner.)
For this set I'm using Swish Worsted from KnitPicks in the colorways Garnet Heather and Cobblestone Heather.
For the hat I've used the pattern Reykr by Buckaloo View. For the scarf I'm using Churchmouse Yarns Fisherman's Rib Muffler (which I plan to add some fringe to.)
My other commission is a pair of knee socks. I'm using the pattern Basic Knee High Toe up Socks by Leslie (Single Stitch) on Ravelry.
I'm knitting them in KnitPicks Stroll in the colorway Forest Heather. (I'm still undecided about this being the right gauge so these might look different the next time you see them.)
I've also got a few projects on the back burner until my commissions are done. I'm working on the Edgevale Tank by Kerri Blumer. I'm using KnitPicks Gloss fingering in the colorway Blackberry.
I need to frog the top shaping, add another inch to the body length and complete all the top shaping again, then some lacy goodness and trim work. Whew! I'm totally looking forward to it though. :)
I'm also making another Kerri Blumer pattern (they're just so pretty!) I'm making her Wheatly Sock pattern
I'm using KnitPicks Stroll Tweed in the Colorway Dill Heather. These guys were meant to be a Christmas present for my partner but I think I have too many commissions to get them done in time!
Are you curious about what my next test knit will be!?
If you follow me on Instagram you've probably already caught a glimpse of these...
Bulky weight slipper socks!
These socks are knitted cuff down in bulky weight yarn and feature an afterthought heel.
I've written up the pattern and plan to test knit it one more time before I'm ready to call for some testers. I estimate an early January call for knitters.
Also, keep your eyes peeled for the release of my Apple Cider Mitts coming soon!!!
Feel free to share what's on your needles in the comments!
