Hope you're hanging in there during these uncertain times. It's been a gloomy, dark Portland Winter so far but we're getting by! I wanted to stop in and share with you what I'll be working on in February! I've got some fun commissions, a few personal projects and a couple new items for the Etsy shop.
First off, in the commissions category, I will be working on finishing up this beautiful hat and mitten set;
Hat pattern is Cedarwood Beanie, mittens are Cabled Mitts for All by Alena Byers. Yarn is KnitPicks Mighty Stitch Super Bulky.
I'm also working on another Perfect Pocket Shawl in Basic Stitch.
I also have a few hat commissions to start once these guys are (mostly) finished!
As far as personal projects go, I'm (still) working on my Tegna Top by Caitlin Hunter in Drops Alpaca;
I'm also working on a Ribbed Beanie for my Dad in KnitPicks Diadem in the colorway Sapphire. (Yarn is discontinued.)
I don't have it on the needles yet but I did just grab the yarn to make this fantastic Faux Fur throw by ChiWei;

Moving on to Etsy shop stuff!
I have two hats that will be popping into the shop this month;
This Forever October Slouch, pattern by KnitBrooks on Ravelry. Yarn is KnitPicks Tuff Puff.
Also this stripy hat, pattern is improvised, yarn is Drops Snow.
Both pom poms are snap on faux fur from Amazon.
I'll also be posting this gorgeous bulky weight shawl. Pattern is Hudson's Wrap on Etsy, yarn is Big Twist Natural Blend.
I'm going to be working on these socks for the shop too but they're kind of turning into a forever project so, let's just say, completion date *unknown.* Pattern is my variation of Basic Knee High Toe Up Socks by Leslie (Single Stitch), yarn is KnitPicks Felici.
I'm also planning on adding two more Perfect Pocket Shawls to the shop, one in Cranberry and one in Tan.
That's it for upcoming projects! Let's see how many I can finish!
I have a very special blog post coming up for you soon, I don't wanna give too many spoilers but it'll be full of beautiful heirloom knits and crochets!
Thanks for reading!
