Sorry I've been MIA!
I thought I'd stop by and share with you one of my WIP's.
I'm working on a gorgeous top pattern called Mount Pleasant by Pip & Pin aka Megan Nodecker.

I'm knitting this cropped top in Expression Fibre Arts Luster Tencel Sport. It's a gorgeous 50% Tencel, 50% Superwash Merino Wool (which feels like silk). The colorway I chose has no name but if you're looking for a similar color I'd suggest her Castle Point Light House, or Curiosity colorways.
I'm absolutely in love with this yarn, I actually ended up grabbing a few more skeins directly after starting this project because it knits up so beautifully.
One thing to note with this yarn though is that in addition to having great stitch definition it very clearly shows irregularities in gauge so make sure to be on your game while working with it.
The pattern is clearly written, easy to follow and features written as well as charted instructions for the lace section. It is available in a wide range of sizes, from a 30"-62" Bust.
I love this pattern but the neckline was a little high for me so I decided to do a little mental math and turn it into a scoop neck tee. If all works out as planned I'll post my alterations on my Ravelry project page but it still remains to be seen! It could work out, it could be a disaster, we'll see!
I've got a while left to go on this guy but my finished knits are piling up and ready for sharing, I just need to get some nice pictures!
I'll try not to disappear for so long again!
Ps. photo's of my finished Illas Cies are coming soon!
Thanks for reading!
