I've finished my Mount Pleasant Tee!
This project is just for me so I'm extra excited to have him off the needles and ready to wear.
I love how this project turned out. The pattern is lovely and surprisingly easy to customize, you can find it on Ravelry HERE. The yarn is Expression Fibre Arts Luster Tencel Sport. It's absolutely beautiful and a joy to work with, you can read more details about it in my previous blog post.
I changed the shape of the neckline from a crew to a scoop neck. I basically worked the neck shaping instructions as written, I just started them 11.5" from the bottom edge of the tee instead of nearer to the shoulder shaping. If you want all the juicy technical details you can find them on my Ravelry post HERE.
I made mine with about 3-4" of positive ease, I also added an inch or two to the length.
I'm totally smitten with this top, I've already started wearing it with my high waisted circle skirts and my high rise black peplum pants. I have a few more skeins of Expression Fibre Arts yarn in my stash that might eventually turn into another one of these beauties!!
Don't hesitate to make this pattern if you've have it saved in your queue! It's an easy, quick knit and very enjoyable to make!
