Hi friends! Did you notice the blog got a little facelift? I've streamlined my Categories section, added a shop page and condensed my blog posts so any info you're looking for will be easier to find. As I was sifting through old blog posts during the remodel I realized I have a tendency to tell you I've started knitting socks but never actually show you the final product. What a bummer! So I've compiled a few sets o'socks that I don't think you got a chance to see. Without further ado, let's take a stroll down sock memory lane! #1.) Yoga Socks. These are made with the pattern Yoga Teacher's Yoga Socks by imawale imawale on Ravelry. Knitted in KnitPicks Felici fingering yarn in the colorway Fanciful; 75% Superwash Merino, 25% Nylon. #2.) Alex's Ribbed Socks. Pattern is improvised, yarn is Fierce Fibers in the Colorway Copper in the fiber Pandora; 70% Superwash Merino, 20% Cashmere, 10% Nylon. #3.) Two Toned Ribbed Socks. Pattern is improvised, yarn is KnitPicks Hawthorn in the colorways Happy Valley and Corvallis; 80% Superwash Fine Highland Wool, 20% Polyamide. #4.) Ribbed Yoga Socks. Pattern is Humble Yoga Socks by Zuri Scrivens on Ravelry. yarn is KnitPicks Capra in the colorway Caviar; 85% Merino 15% Cashmere. #5.) Pride Socks. Pattern is Soldier's Sock Pattern by Atlantic Guard Soldier's Aid Society. Yarn is KnitPicks Felici Worsted in the colorway Rainbow; 75% Superwash Merino Wool, 25% Nylon. #6.) Eyelet Rib Socks. Pattern is from the book Socktacular by KnitPicks Staff. Yarn is Knitpicks Capretta in the colorway Pesto; 80% Merino, 10% Cashmere, 10%Nylon. Wow! That's a whole mess of socks!
I hope you dug my sock run down. I know I've shared a lot of these on my Instagram but I felt they needed their own moment in the spotlight on the blog.
Let me know if you've tried any of these patterns/yarns and if you have, which ones are your favorites? (And feel free to let me know what you think of the blog remodel!) Thanks for stopping by! I hope I've inspired you to pick up your needles and cast on some Summer Socks! Happy knitting! Ashley
