Hey guys! Sorry I've been MIA for a while! We've been super busy working on the 2016 Ashley & Alex Christmas Album, and getting the new office all set up and organized. I have been working on a couple of new projects, which, if you follow my Instagram, you might have caught glimpses of. I'll share more about those soon, but for now, I wanted to show you my new item for the Etsy shop. Tweed Boot Cuffs! I know what you're thinking, "Enough with the Tweed already!" I can't stop! It's just too cozy! I'm made these with Wool of the Andes Worsted Tweed in the colorway Persimmon Heather. You might remember it from my Epic Tweed Bouquet; I'm used the pattern Simple Cable Knit Boot Cuffs by Julie Tarsha. It's very well written and easy to follow.
I used a really fun cast on for this project, one I've never tried before; Jeny's Stretchy Slipknot Cast-on. It definitely took me a minute to figure it out but it works well! That's all I have for now, I've got an unusual commission to share with you later on this week, and a cute little project I'm making just for me! Thanks for stopping by! I'll have more to share soon! -Ashley
